SUMMARY RELEASE OF
ESTATE FROM ADMINISTRATION
Procedure:
- $60.00 court costs.

An Application for Summary Release completed by
surviving spouse or applicant that has paid is obligated to pay the funeral bill
and burial expenses.
- Exhibit assets with proof of monetary value. A tax
bill is sufficient as verification for real estate. Computation of tax
bill is the tax figure divided by .35=the value of estate.

Copy of death
certificate
- Form 1.0 Surviving Spouse, Children, Next of Kin, Legatees, and
Devisees.
- Copy of paid funeral bill, receipt, contract or other document that
confirms the applicants payment of obligation to pay funeral bill.

If there
is real estate, you must complete an Application for Certificate of Transfer and
a Certificate of Transfer.
