ADOPTION PETITION FOR FOREIGN BIRTH RECORD

Procedure:

Along with the Petition please provide a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, adoption certificate, abandonment papers, foreign decree, a certified copy of their translations and documentation showing approval of the Department of Homeland Security of the United States.

Once all of the above is received, we will schedule a hearing which the adoptive parents and child will be required to attend.
