• Will must be filed and admitted.

Provide the Following:

• Application to probate will;
• identify surviving spouse, next of kin, legatees, &devisees;
• Waivers are required at the time of filing;
• Application for certificate of transfer;
• Certificate of Transfer;
• Photo copy of death certificate;
• Ohio estate tax return;
• Certificate of Service.
